12 November 2025 - Booking Calendar URL (web address) change:

The web address of the booking calendars has changed. The links via our Calendar webpage have been updated and you can access from there as per normal. If you had the booking calendars bookmarked, please access via our Calendar webpage and redo your bookmark. Thank you.

June 2025 - website changes - for your reference this message will be displayed until 2025 end:

New Logo
Non-informational changes - colours, style etc.
Informational changes - the How To Book workflow has changed. The change is:

NEW - Reception (in office hours) will now email you the Payment Links after you have requested your time slot. The 48 hour Request/Hold will start from the time stamp on that email.

OLD - Our booking system used to email you the payment links automatically.
