Step 1 - Register and Get Password
Your Action: Copy all of the orange text into an email, fill in fields and email it to Reception.
Step 2 - Reserve (Request) a Time Slot
Your Action: Go to the online Reservation/Booking Calendar, select an available time-slot, fill in and submit the Booking Form (remember to use the email address you registered with Reception). Check your spam/junk folder for email "001 | REQUEST | Time Slot ". Double check you're happy with the booking details (time/date) you selected.
Step 3 - Payment Links and Time Slot Hold (48 hours)
Reception Action: We receive your Booking Request and send you the email "002 | PAYMENT LINKS | 48hr Time Slot Hold".
Your Action: Keep an eye on your Inbox/Spam/Junk Folder for email "002 | PAYMENT LINKS | 48hr Time Slot Hold ". Please proceed with your payment within 48 hours of this email, thank you.
SWIFT/BIC IBAN BANK TRANSFER ONLY: Keep an eye on your Inbox for the Bank Details email. Immediately after you make the transfer, please email Reception the "Payment has been made" message. We will then extend the 48 hour Hold to 4 working days to wait for your transfer arrival, thank you.
Step 4 - Confirmation of Solid Booking
Reception Action: After receiving your payment, Reception will confirm your reservation by sending the email "003 | CONFIRMED | Solid Booking" (in office hours). We'll also email you the Whereby Link.
Your Action: Please organise your own reminder. Reception does not send reminders. Please check your Spam/Junk Folder, thank you.
