Step 4 - Solid Booking Confirmation

When Reception checks and sees that payment has been received, we will send the email "003 | CONFIRMED | Solid Booking", within office hours. This means if you paid on a Friday/Weekend, please allow for us to confirm your booking on the following Monday. Your Request/Hold has now become a Solid Booking (example below).
Reception Action: Reception will confirm within Office Hours (not including weekends) and email "003 | CONFIRMED | Solid Booking" will be sent to you (see example). The Whereby Link to GM's meeting room will also be sent to you in a separate email.
Your Action: Please check your Spam/Junk folder and organise your own reminder. Reception does not send reminders.
