Step 3 - Time Slot Hold (48 hrs) and Payment

After you receive the email "001 | REQUEST | Time Slot", you will also receive a second email “002 | PAYMENT LINKS | 48hr Time Slot Hold”. It will be sent during our office hours - please remember we are most likely in a different time zone to you!
The 48 Hour Time Slot Hold begins the moment Reception sends the Payment Link email (from the time-stamp).
Reception Action: We receive your Booking Request. During office hours we will send you the email "002 | PAYMENT LINKS | 48hr Time Slot Hold".
Your Action: When you receive the email “002 | PAYMENT LINKS | 48hr Time Slot Hold”, please proceed with the payment for your online consultation. Your time slot is on Hold for 48 hours to give you plenty of time to make the payment, thank you.
Cancelled Workflow: when the 48 hours expires, and if no payment has been received by Reception the following occurs:

The time-slot reservation is cancelled and an email is sent to you letting you know (Example 2).

The time-slot is automatically returned to the calendar and displayed as available.
Please DO NOT SEND a payment after the 48 hour expiry - you must go to the calendar and re-reserve the time-slot first. Reception will refund the payment if it's sent after the expiry and without a time-slot reservation.
THIS BOX is for Manual Bank Transfer ONLY - International SWIFT/BIC, IBAN or Local: If you selected Manual Bank Transfer as your preferred method in the Booking Form - Reception will see it and email you the Bank Details. Please note that International Bank Transfers can take 4-5 working days to show at our end - thus we have a slightly different workflow for this method:
Your Action: After Reception sends you the email "002 | Bank Details | 48hr Time Slot Hold", please proceed to action your transfer within 48 hours. After you have made the transfer, please email Reception immediately, with a screenshot/receipt and a simple message of "Payment has been made" or similiar, thank you.
Reception Action: We receive your email message of "payment has been made" and we will then extend your Time Slot Hold from 48 hours to 4 working days to wait for the transfer.
If you don't send us the "Payment has been made message " within the 48 hours, we will come to the conclusion that you decided not to proceed, and the Hold/Reservation will be cancelled.
NOTE: If, for whatever reason, the transfer takes longer to arrive and hasn't arrived by the 3 hour mark prior to the start-time of your consultation, we will reschedule your consultation.
