  • This section contains questions related to the calendars and availability.

  • Please check again when you want to. If no time-slots are showing, it is because they have been seen and booked. Time-slots are released at random. This is because Reception waits for GM to communicate his availability to us. It is totally up to you to check the calendar for a time-slot. Feel free to check again for an available time-slot.

  • GM communicates his availability to Reception at random. We do not ask him for his availability. Reception releases the availability/time-slots onto the online Reservation/Booking calendars. Please visit the Calendars to view available time-slots and/or visit the Updates webpage to view any announements regarding GM.

  • Please check the online calendars and the Updates webpage. All the available time-slots are displayed on the online Reservation/Booking Calendars. The time-slots are released at random and any cancellations are automatically returned to the calendar and displayed as available.

  • From today (the current day) the calendar shows 21 days into the future. In other words, the calendar is blank after 21days into the future. Time-slots are released onto the 21 days. Please watch the video at the bottom of this FAQs page to understand how the 21-day calendar works.

  • This sections relates to the consultations.

  • GM has taken time, away from his private practices, to see people who wish to book online consultations. During your time with GM, you can ask any questions that you want, including all subjects, training, guidance, experiences etc. The consultation can be a discussion, meditation, hypnotherapy, etc. You do not need to inform Reception of your questions, just be prepared with your questions/goals for your consultation.

  • Maximum 5 people all in the same room, sitting in front of the same device.

    Maximum 10 people in different locations, joining the meeting using separate devices (Sept 2024).

  • Yes, you can have a translator in the room with you - or - Reception can send the link to your translator so they can join the meeting from another location on a separate device. Please ask your translator for their email, and give it to Reception, thank you.

  • Currently in-person consultations and visits are not available. Should this change in the future, the information will be displayed on the website. Please keep in mind you will need to take into consideration accommodation, travel and other arrangements outside of your consultations with GM.

  • This section contains questions related to the recordings.

  • Yes, but GM will not assume that you wish to have your consultation recorded. You must ask him. After you have requested a recording, GM will commence recording which is facilitated by the platform Whereby. Within Whereby you will be informed that the recording has started by an animation/pop-up and a red dot will be visible throughout.

  • Within 72 hours (not including weekends). An example: If you had a consultation on Friday, please allow until Wednesday afternoon. The recording is sent by staff, via a file-sending platform called WeTransfer, to your email. You need to check your Spam Folder for a "WeTransfer" email. That email contains a link to your download. The link has a 7-day expiry as per WeTransfer's policy.

  • The download link, within the email sent to you via WeTransfer, has a 7-day expiry. If you don't download your recording within 7-days, it's lost forever because upon sending you your copy we immediately delete the original at our end.

  • This section contains questions related to other areas.

  • It is at the discretion of GM whether a person is to become a direct student from the initial stages of online consultations. How often you meet with GM is totally up to you, as each person has varying life situations and development.

  • Feel free to book an online consultation via the online Reservation/Booking Calendars.

  • No. The calendars are online 24/7 so that people can check them whenever they want, for available time-slots.

  • This section contains questions related to payment and the payment methods

  • The details/references for each payment method (Wise, Revolut, PayPal) are displayed on the Final Page of the online calendar booking process. First you must select a time-slot on the calendar, fill in the Booking Form and submit it. After the Booking Form is submitted, the Final Page will appear last.

  • The 48 hour time-slot reservation is to give you plenty of time to pay for your online consultation. After reserving a time-slot, the 48 hours begins. If no payment is received within 48 hours, the reservation is cancelled and the time-slot is automatically returned to the calendar.
