
How To Book
Step 3 - Payment within 48 hrs

After you submit the Booking Form, the following will happen:
1. The Final Page will appear (example-1).
2. An email "Your Request with GM" will be sent - contains booking details (see example in previous step).
The Final Page is only displayed once, and has the payment links/details. You are welcome to pay immediately, or, if you are busy you can check your Inbox for the "Your Request with GM" email which also contains the payment links/details, and continue then.
If the 48 hours expires, and no payment has been received by Reception, the time-slot reservation is cancelled (example 2). The time-slot is automatically returned to the calendar and displayed as available. Please DO NOT send a payment after the 48 hour expiry - you must go to the calendar and re-reserve the time-slot first. Reception will refund the payment if it's sent after the expiry and without a time-slot reservation.

Manual Bank Transfer ONLY - SWIFT/BIC, IBAN or Local: If you selected Manual Bank Transfer as your payment method in the Booking Form, Reception will see it and email you the Bank Details. Please note that International Bank Transfers can take 4-5 working days to show at our end.
Your Action: Please proceed with payment using the Bank Details - then email Reception immediately after you have made the bank-transfer, with a screenshot/receipt and a simple message of "Payment has been made" or similiar, thank you.
Our Action: Reception will then extend the reservation from 48 hours to 4 working days to wait for the transfer. If you don't send us the message within the 48 hours we will come to the conclusion that you decided not to proceed, and the reservation will be cancelled.
NOTE: If, for whatever reason, the transfer takes longer to arrive and hasn't arrived by the 3 hour mark prior to the start-time of your consultation, we will reschedule your consultation.
Your Action: Click your choice of payment link on the Final Page and proceed with paying for your online consultation, or, check your Inbox for the "Your Request with GM" email if you want to pay at another time in your day. It's a good idea to put your Booking Reference (found in that email) into the Transfer Reference if it's an option within your payment method.
