Step 4 - Solid Booking Confirmation

When Reception checks and sees that payment has been received, an email "Solid Booking Confirmation" will be sent to your email address, within office hours. This means if you paid on a Friday/Weekend, please allow for us to confirm your booking on the following Monday. Your reservation has now become a Solid Booking (example below).

Our Action: Reception will confirm within Office Hours (not including weekends) and an email notification is sent to you (see example). If you need to check the details of your booking, you'll find the date/time at the bottom of the email. The Whereby Link to GM's meeting room will also be sent to you in a separate email.

Your Action: Please check your Spam/Junk folder and organise your own reminder. Reception does not send reminders.
